In view of the recent concerns and confusion expressed by many esteemed customers and trustworthy partners regarding the restructuring process of Kautex Maschinenbau Technologie (Foshan) Co., Ltd. and the business adjustments resulting from the change of new company's business entity and name, Ke Taike Machinery (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. hereby solemnly provides the following explanations to dispel doubts and ensure transparency of information and smooth communication among all parties.
Ke Taike Machinery (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. was established through the bankruptcy reorganization plan of Kautex Maschinenbau Technologie (Foshan) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shunde Kautex"). The company undertakes the assets and rights of Shunde Kautex, including technical patents, intellectual property rights, technical drawings and data, processing and manufacturing technology and all workshop equipment, storage parts and other tangible and intangible assets, and accepts all employees who are willing to stay and develop together with the company.
Since then, Shunde Kautex has resumed production with a new look - Ke Taike Machinery (Guangdong) Co., LTD., and launched business for the world. Ke Taike Machinery is still in the original site of Shunde Kautex. With nearly 30 years of history, as well as mature products, the company continues to provide high-quality services for customers. For the blow molding machine product line, in addition to continuing to maintain all the original star products, Ke Taike Machinery will continue to increase research and development efforts to maintain the leading position of the enterprise in the extrusion blow molding industry. At present, Ke Taike Machinery has resumed normal production, and a few interested companies are in contact.
Ke Taike Machinery will take a new look to build a world-class machinery manufacturing enterprise as the strategic goal, with local employees to deeply cultivate the market, deeply rooted in the service of global customers as the corporate vision and continue to build global competitiveness. At the same time, the company is actively establishing the German R & D center of Ke Taike Machinery to further enhance the research and development of scientific and technological strength. With the full support of employees, suppliers and customers, Suzhou Tongda Machinery Co., Ltd. became the final restructuring investor for Shunde Kautex with an absolute majority of votes.
