Precision Drive for High-Efficiency Extrusion
Equipped with an advanced servo motor drive system, it delivers precise power control for parison transmission and extrusion. It enables a continuous, stable, and high-efficiency extrusion process for parisons, significantly boosting production throughput and operational stability.
Optimized Parison Cutting System
Featuring a newly upgraded robotic cutting system, it enhances cutting accuracy and material utilization, effectively reducing raw material waste. Meanwhile, it precisely controls parison specifications, ensuring high quality and parison consistency for plastic drums.
Optional Accumulator Head & Continuous Extrusion Die
An accumulator head or a 1- to 6-layer continuous extrusion die is available as an option. For the 3-layer ReCo production process, recycled materials can be used in the core layer to lower raw material costs and enhance environmental sustainability.
Wide Compatibility & Flexible Productivity
Supports large-scale production of drums up to 220L, covering the mainstream demand for drums. An optional double-station configuration is available to flexibly adjust production capacity based on business scale, optimizing line adaptability and scalability for different production plans.
Optional Post-Cooling System for Maximized Efficiency
A post-cooling system is offered as a flexible add-on. Leveraging precise temperature-controlled cooling technology, it accelerates product shaping and solidification, drastically shortening the production cycle per unit.
