Triumph at Nanjing Plastics Exhibition 2024
"We won the 'Outstanding Contribution Award' at the China International Plastics Exhibition in Nanjing!" shared HR Manager Jia, gripping Judge Wang’s hand. Yet memories of near-collapse linger: after its parent company’s bankruptcy, Ke Taike faced 40 million RMB in supplier debts and paralyzed production.
Innovative Restructuring
In January 2024, Shunde Court intervened. Recognizing Ke Taike’s 30-year technical expertise, elite team, and global supply chain, Judge Wang pioneered a debt-isolating "Business Transfer" model, attracting bids from industry leaders. Challenges persisted as investors wavered, but through government-court collaboration, customized plans secured a 96.32% creditor vote for Suzhou Tongda Machinery as the restructuring partner.
Rebirth and Growth
Today, 108 employees retain jobs, 170+ suppliers continue partnerships, and production thrives. "Our product launch felt like stepping into a new era of smart manufacturing," beamed Manager Jia, as orders surge.
