Formerly known as Kautex Maschinenbau Technologie (Foshan) Co., Ltd., was originally established in Shunde, Guangdong, China in 1994 by Krupp Kautex Maschinenbau GmbH, Chen Hsong Group, and other industry leaders. After years of development, it has become one of the global leading companies in the field of extrusion blow molding.

Krupp Chen Plastics Technology Company Limited was founded.

1996

Successfully developed its first hydraulic extrusion blow molding machine

2004

Following the equity restructuring, the company was renamed Shunde Kautex Plastics Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shunde Kautex" for short)

2012

Relocated to the new plant in Fu'an Industrial Zone, Leliu, Shunde

2015

Introduced the all-electric blow molding machines from Germany and localized the production in China

2018

Set up Technology R&D Center

2019

Introduced the drum blow molding machines from Germany and localized the production in China

2020

Renamed as Kautex Machinenbau Technolgie (Foshan) Co., Ltd. and held a grand celebration for Kautex China's 25th Anniversary

2025

Relocated to Haitian South China Headquarter in Longjiang, Shunde; The new plant was put into operation; Officially renamed as Ke Taike Machinery (Guangdong) Co., Ltd.
