Fixed-Station Model, Ideal for Large-Volume Production
Designed with rigid a fixed single-station structure, the machine delivers exceptional operational stability. Equipped with a custom extra-large molding platen, it reliably supports the full-range production of containers up to 60L.
Precision Molding Technology for Complex Profiled Products
Featuring a high-precision servo control system and a custom mold-compatible structure, it offers superior profiling capabilities. It consistently meets the production demands of complex, finely contoured profiled products, including high-end specialty parts such as children's car seats.
Optional Accumulator Head & Continuous Extrusion Die Head
An accumulator head or a 1- to 6-layer continuous extrusion die is available as an option. For the 3-layer ReCo production process, recycled materials can be used for the inner layer, reducing raw material costs and enhancing environmental sustainability.
Optional Post-Cooling System for Maximized Production Efficiency
A post-cooling system is offered as a flexible add-on option. Leveraging precise temperature-controlled cooling technology, it accelerates product shaping and solidification, significantly shortening the production cycle per unit.
